Well, hello, hello all! Good God, it's been a month!!! Anyway, once again, I'm not dead, although I felt like it for a while there!!!! Nat's been sick with - get this - MONO!!!! Who gets mono at 25???? I guess I missed the first round when everyone got it in high school. heh heh. So anyway, I've missed WEEKS of work and I've had to drop out of school for the term. I think I'll take it as a sign that this program is definitely NOT for me. My throat was so swollen and soar last week that I couldn't talk and the doctor had to give me Tylenol 2's so I could sleep through the night without crying. I also had a raging fever that made me feel drunk but in a baaaaad way. It was horrible. Obviously, I haven't been too productive on the writing front, seeing as I've been sleeping for about 20 hours out of a day for two weeks! I'm still weak as a kitten. Anyway, now that I'm on the mend, I PROMISE to get better about keeping up my journal again. I promise. Mr. S has been very sweet and helped to nurse me back to health. I owe him big time. My mom too. Anyway, more later. Just thought I'd let all my blog readers know where the hell I've been for the last month.

P.S. Did you know that they call mono the "kissing disease" because it's a member of the herpes virus family? That's right. Antibiotics do nothing because it's related to cold sores and crotch sores. Lovely, eh? Shudder.
